User Experience Designer

We are looking for a talented Product Designer to join our product team and work closely with a senior product designer and product managers, with a strong focus on ongoing and operational design tasks.

Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth research and market analysis

Design user experiences and create UI screens based on existing guidelines

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality product experiences

Requirements (Must‑Have):

Formal training in UX/UI – required

Proficiency in relevant design tools: Figma, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Ability to work within an established Design System and brand guidelines

Strong attention to detail and high accuracy, especially in ongoing work

Team player with the ability to accept and apply feedback

Strong research capabilities and ability to define complex UX flows

Excellent communication skills when working with developers and product managers

Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively

Nice to Have:

Basic knowledge of After Effects or animation (for interface motion design)

Ability to initiate and optimize workflows

Familiarity with and proficiency in AI-based tools

Background in graphic design / visual communication – an advantage
