Description

The Crew Assignment Coordinator efficiently schedules flight crews to ensure operational readiness and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include planning rosters, monitoring qualifications, coordinating scheduling changes, managing training, and liaising with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling and updating flight crew assignments.
• Monitor crew availability and basic qualification requirements.
• Support daily operational changes and schedule adjustments.
• Communicate with crews and relevant departments as needed.
• Maintain accurate scheduling and assignment records.
• This job is Half-time position- With the option to move to a full-time position.
  
  

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing complex calendars and schedules.
• Exceptional organizational abilities and task prioritization.
• Capacity to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in English and computer software.
• Flexibility for irregular working hours and weekends.
• Previous aviation industry experience – An advantage.
• Familiarity with airline operations and crew regulations – An advantage.
