We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who thrives on the intersection of people and process. This isn’t just a "recruiter" role; it’s an opportunity to act as a consultant to our managers, helping them navigate the talent landscape. You’ll work closely with our TA Manager to build out our internal infrastructure while owning the full recruitment lifecycle, including active sourcing and finding creative recruitment solutions for a variety of dynamic teams.

What You’ll Do

• End-to-End Recruitment: Own the full lifecycle for diverse functions—from creative sourcing strategies to offer negotiation and seamless onboarding.
• Consultative Partnership: Work closely with hiring managers to define roles, guide them on best recruitment practices, and manage expectations in a high-speed market.
• Build & Optimize: Assist in building and refining recruitment processes, ensuring our workflows remain scalable as we grow.
• Project Leadership: Take ownership of exciting TA projects such as improving candidate experience, employer branding initiatives, or referral program optimization.
• Data-Driven Sourcing: Utilize our ATS and advanced sourcing tools to build talent pipelines, ensuring we always have the best candidates for our unique needs.

Who You Are

• Experienced Recruiter: 3-5 years of recruitment experience, ideally within a high-growth E-commerce or Tech environment.
• Relationship Builder: You have strong people skills and genuinely enjoy collaborating with stakeholders and guiding them through the hiring process.
• Project Lover: You’re not just looking to "close reqs"; you love diving into projects that improve how we hire and build our brand.
• Consultative Mindset: You know how to act as a partner to managers, providing insights on the market and helping them make the best hiring decisions.
