What will you be doing?

• Fund management and financial record-keeping.
• Submission of transfers and remittances (within China, SEA, and Africa mainly).
• Cash flow management.
• Dynamic balance monitoring.
• Analyzing and elevating currency conversion.
• Ongoing communication with providers - resolving issues and optimizing partnerships.

Job Requirements

• A fluent speaker of Chinese/Japanese- a must
• Responsible, with strong attention to detail- a must
• Availability to work on Fridays & holidays (from time to time, from home)- a must
• Knowledge of MS Excel- a must
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Proactivity, willingness to learn, and to initiate.
• Advanced efficiency in Microsoft Office and G-suit products, Zoom, and Slack are basics.
