Role Description

We are seeking an Associate for a full-time on-site role based in the Tel Aviv District, Israel.

As an Associate at Strategy&, you will play a key role in supporting client engagements by conducting thorough research, analyzing data, and developing strategic recommendations.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in client meetings, and contribute to the successful execution of projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field from a top university
• Psychometric score above 700
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hebrew
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient research and data analysis skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Keen attention to detail and capability to manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Familiarity with strategic frameworks and business concepts
