Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to build and own the Securities & Brokerage capabilities across our banking platform.

In this role, you will build the infrastructure that powers seamless trading and account management for both Israeli and US markets - bridging the gap between front-end user execution and the complex back-office operations behind it. You will work closely with engineering, operations, and compliance partners to turn intricate financial workflows into robust, scalable product solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the full product lifecycle for securities trading and custody services - from order routing to settlement, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Drive the integration with third-party providers for US and Israeli market access, defining the operational and data models required to support complex multi-market trading at scale.
• Own post-trade back-office capabilities end-to-end - from settlement and reconciliation to corporate actions and multi-currency financial reporting - ensuring accuracy, auditability, and compliance across markets.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Treasury to manage complex cash movements and end-of-day reporting across markets.
• Partner with Compliance and Operations to embed regulatory and tax requirements into automated clearing and settlement logic.
• Drive impact across B2B and B2B2C experiences, ensuring retail users see a seamless reflection of institutional-grade backend processes.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience across B2B platforms and fintech products.
• Deep domain expertise in Securities and Brokerage, including clearing, custody, and settlement in US markets, Israeli capital markets, or cross-border brokerage.
• Hands-on experience with post-trade operations - including corporate actions, ledger reconciliation, multi-currency settlement, and the operational complexity of Omnibus account structures.
• Technical fluency in financial messaging and API-driven ledger systems.
• Comfortable using AI tools for research, rapid prototyping, and product discovery.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, taking ownership of complex financial logic and leading through clarity.
