Requirements for U.S. Candidates:

• All Aspen Medical staff must be US citizens or Green Card holders. Sponsorship will not be available. Education:
• High school diploma or GED. Successful completion of a state approved or CAAHEP accredited paramedic training program
• Must hold a current, valid, unrestricted paramedic license in one of the U.S. states, territories, commonwealths, or the District of Columbia
• Current, valid certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• Qualifications and/or experience in Emergency/Trauma Medicine, Tropical Medicine, Infectious Diseases, and austere environments is highly desired
• Current, valid certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• Current, valid certification as a Nationally Registered Paramedic (NREMT-P) through the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT)
• A minimum of three (3) years of progressive clinical experience as a paramedic working in a pre-hospital care setting after licensure
• Experience in austere environments and previous military medic experience is highly desired
• Fluency in Haitian Creole and/or French is highly desired
