Senior Capital Raising & Investor Relations Director | Alternative Investment

A boutique alternative investment firm is looking for a senior, relationship-driven professional to lead capital raising and investor development activities.

This is a highly client-facing role focused on building long-term relationships with sophisticated investors.

The Role

• Develop and manage relationships with Family Offices and Hedge Funds
• Capital raising from qualified high-net-worth investors (primary focus)
• Build and grow a book of relationships
• Lead investor meetings (Zoom & in-person)
• Initiate and host investor breakfasts, webinars and professional events
• Develop LinkedIn outreach campaigns and digital presence
• Work closely with partners on negotiations and closing

This role is heavily focused on sales, relationship building and investor trust.

Requirements

• Proven experience working with Family Offices and/or Hedge Funds – mandatory
• Strong familiarity with the alternative investment market – mandatory
• Background in Sales / Business Development / Investor Relations
• Comfortable with revenue targets and capital raising goals
• Mature, polished, and highly presentable
• Independent operator – able to work autonomously
• Experience managing sophisticated investors

Hybrid role (1 day per week in the Tel Aviv office).
