Role Overview

We’re looking for a Sales Engineer who can translate Beacon’s architecture into clear value and guide prospects through evaluations.

What You’ll Do

• Lead technical discovery, demos, and POCs.
• Design logging architectures incorporating Beacon.
• Troubleshoot onboarding issues.
• Build reusable demos and technical materials.
• Provide insights back to product and engineering.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in presales or technical customer-facing roles.
• Understanding of telemetry, pipelines, and cloud infra.
• Ability to simplify complex systems.
• Strong communication skills.

Nice-to-Haves

• SIEM tuning or log onboarding experience.
• AWS/Kubernetes familiarity.
• Startup experience.
