Application Infrastructure Engineer

Comblack is hiring an Application Infrastructure Engineer (OpenShift/Kubernetes) !

The position includes responsibility for the design, implementation, and maintenance of OpenShift/Kubernetes platforms in complex production environments, working with advanced Open Source products and directly impacting the organization’s system architecture.

What will you do?

• Deploy, upgrade, and maintain enterprise OpenShift infrastructures
• Implement and manage Kafka, Redis, Vault, and other complex systems
• Manage and monitor systems (Prometheus, Grafana)
• Develop scripts and automation (Bash, Python)
• Partner in architectural design and evaluation of new technologies

What are we looking for?

• 3+ years of experience working with OpenShift/Kubernetes in a Production environment (including operator installations and upgrades)
• Experience working with Linux
• Knowledge of secure communications: SSL, Certificates
• Familiarity with enterprise networking solutions (Load Balancers, etc.)
• Experience working with Git (Bitbucket — advantage)
• Experience with JFrog Artifactory
• Experience writing scripts and automation (Python/Bash)
• Familiarity with monitoring solutions (Prometheus, Grafana)
