Accounting Manager

HUB Technologies is seeking a highly professional and technically strong Accounting Manager to join our finance leadership team. This role is ideal for a candidate coming from the professional department of one of the Big Four accounting firms in Israel, with deep expertise in IFRS and complex accounting matters applicable to publicly traded technology companies.

The Accounting Manager will serve as the company’s internal accounting expert, supporting complex transactions, financial reporting, and strategic initiatives, including capital raises and M&A activities, in a NASDAQ reporting environment and will report directly to the CFO.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee complex accounting analyses under IFRS standards
• Provide technical accounting guidance for a NASDAQ-listed reporting framework
• Prepare and review technical accounting memos for significant transactions
• Handle accounting treatment for financial instruments, including: Convertible loans, Warrants, Embedded derivatives.
• Support and lead accounting aspects of Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) transactions: Purchase Price Allocation (PPA), Goodwill and intangible assets, Business combination accounting
• Manage accounting related to equity transactions and capital raises, including: Share issuances, Stock-based compensation, Private and public offerings
• Oversee and advise on revenue recognition matters, particularly in: Software companies, SaaS models, Fintech environments
• Work closely with auditors and external advisors
• Support quarterly and annual financial reporting (including 20-F filings where applicable)
• Strengthen internal controls and accounting policies
  
  

• CPA (Israel) – Mandatory
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in a professional accounting department at a Big Four firm in Israel
• Deep expertise in IFRS
• Proven experience with U.S. capital markets / NASDAQ reporting companies
• Strong hands-on experience with: Convertible instruments, Warrants, Complex financial instruments, Equity accounting and capital raising transactions, M&A accounting and purchase accounting
• Extensive knowledge of revenue recognition in software, SaaS, and fintech companies
• Ability to write clear and well-supported technical accounting position papers
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
• Excellent English (written and spoken)
