Windows Internal Lecturer

Real Time Group and College is looking for a Windows Infrastructure Lecturer/Instructor to join our training team.

It is once a week class, from 9:00 to 16:00.

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver professional training in Windows Server & Enterprise Infrastructure
• Teach Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP, networking fundamentals & best practices
• Lead hands-on labs and real-world enterprise scenarios
• Prepare and continuously improve training materials and lab environments
• Mentor students throughout their learning journey
• Evaluate performance and provide professional feedback
• Stay updated with evolving Microsoft technologies (Azure, M365, Hybrid environments)

Minimum requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server environments
• Deep knowledge of Active Directory & Group Policy
• Experience with virtualization (Hyper-V / VMware)
• Understanding of networking fundamentals
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
• High-level Hebrew.

Nice to have:

• Experience in technical training / lecturing
• Microsoft certifications (MCSA / MCSE / Azure)
• Experience in enterprise IT infrastructure
• Familiarity with cloud & hybrid environments
