We’re looking for a detail-oriented CPA to join our Finance team as a Finance Operations Accountant. This role sits at the heart of our financial operations - owning core processes such as vendor payments, billing, collections, payroll review, commissions, and monthly reporting. You’ll work closely with multiple stakeholders across the company and play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and strong internal controls.

Key Responsibilities

Bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and accounts payable management
Support on billing and operational finance processes
Issue customer invoices and oversee billing cycles
Monitor accounts receivable and manage collections
Perform monthly payroll review and validation
Calculate and execute sales commissions
Prepare monthly financial reports
Perform budget vs. actual analysis and provide variance explanations
Maintain accurate financial records and support month-end closing
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

Requirements

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) - required
1-3 years of relevant accounting or finance experience
Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
High attention to detail and accountability
Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial systems
Big 4 internship background - strong advantage
Fast learner with the ability to adapt in a high-paced environment
Fluent in English and Hebrew
