Finance Operations Accountant

We’re looking for a detail-oriented CPA to join our Finance team as a Finance Operations Accountant. This role sits at the heart of our financial operations - owning core processes such as vendor payments, billing, collections, payroll review, commissions, and monthly reporting. You’ll work closely with multiple stakeholders across the company and play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and strong internal controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and accounts payable management
• Support on billing and operational finance processes
• Issue customer invoices and oversee billing cycles
• Monitor accounts receivable and manage collections
• Perform monthly payroll review and validation
• Calculate and execute sales commissions
• Prepare monthly financial reports
• Perform budget vs. actual analysis and provide variance explanations
• Maintain accurate financial records and support month-end closing
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
  
  

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) - required
• 1-3 years of relevant accounting or finance experience
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
• High attention to detail and accountability
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial systems
• Big 4 internship background - strong advantage
• Fast learner with the ability to adapt in a high-paced environment
• Fluent in English and Hebrew
