🌍 We’re Hiring: Global Procurement Manager
📍 Location: Netanya, Israel
A leading company developing and manufacturing electronic systems and power supply solutions for the defense industry is seeking an experienced Global Procurement Manager to lead its worldwide purchasing strategy.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the global procurement strategy
- Lead and mentor international procurement teams
- Build scalable, unified procurement processes
- Manage and qualify global suppliers
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing & R&D
- Ensure availability of critical components in line with military standards
- Drive cost optimization, risk mitigation, and supply chain resilience
🔹 Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in electronics procurement, including power supply components
- Proven leadership of global procurement and international teams
- Experience with the defense industry and military standards
- Strong technical understanding (drawings, specifications, BOMs)
- Experience in supplier qualification and quality management
- ERP proficiency (SAP / Priority – advantage)
- Fluent English
