Company Description
A leading industrial company located in the Alon Tavor Industrial Park is
seeking an IT Support Specialist for a temporary position of 6 months. The
role involves joining a strategic, challenging, and professionally rewarding
project with significant personal and professional development opportunities.
Role Description
- Participate in a large-scale project to migrate the company’s entire IT
- infrastructure to a cloud environment while ensuring full operational
- continuity.
- Ongoing work with vendors and professional service providers in Israel
- and abroad.
- Perform on-site technical tasks at the company’s facilities.
- Migrate data and infrastructure between networks and to the cloud
- environment.
- Provide end-user technical support and troubleshoot hardware,
- software, and network issues.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in IT and technical support.
- Hands-on experience with Office 365.
- Experience working with Azure, Active Directory.
- Experience in PC technician work and end-user workstation setup.
- High level of English – mandatory (including work with international
- stakeholders).
- Basic knowledge of managed switches and firewalls – an advantage.
