Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from opening the position to the successful onboarding of the new employee.
• Post jobs across diverse channels, headhunt via social platforms, and develop creative new sourcing methods tailored to the group's needs.
• Screen CVs, conduct in-depth behavioral phone interviews, and write professional, detailed evaluations for hiring managers.
• Work closely with hiring managers to align expectations, provide status updates, and offer expert advice on the selection process.
• Support the onboarding process and participate in initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (Behavioral Sciences, HR, Psychology, etc.) – Required.
• High motivation, curiosity, and a genuine desire to grow and develop within the recruitment and HR world.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to "read" people and express insights clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• A high sense of service and the ability to work effectively with various interfaces and stakeholders.
