AI & Automation Specialist W/ Digital Marketing Knowledge

We are seeking an AI & Automation Specialist with strong digital marketing knowledge to join our B2B strategy, branding, and digital marketing agency.

The role focuses on implementing AI tools, building automation systems, and improving operational efficiency across marketing activities. The ideal candidate understands B2B digital marketing but brings added value through structured automation thinking, AI integration, and performance optimization.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Hebrew at a professional or native level.
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, primarily in B2B environments - Mandatory.
• Hands-on experience building automation workflows using tools such as Zapier, Make, CRM automation systems, or similar platforms - Mandatory.
• Practical experience integrating AI tools (ChatGPT, MidJourney, Claude, Perplexity, or similar) into marketing or operational workflows - Mandatory.
• Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads, and B2B performance marketing platforms - Mandatory.
• Experience working with APIs, reading them, understanding them and implementing communications between API and automation - Mandatory
• Experience analyzing marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics and advertising dashboards.
• Strong technical orientation and ability to learn and implement new platforms independently.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Nice To Have

• Experience building structured AI prompt systems or internal AI workflows.
• Experience managing website infrastructure (DNS, SSL certificates, domain management, hosting).
• Experience managing WordPress websites.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation systems (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Monday, Salesforce, etc.).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-based workflows to improve marketing execution and internal processes.
• Build and maintain automation systems across CRM, email marketing, lead generation, reporting, and internal operations.
• Support B2B digital marketing campaigns with structured automation and AI integration.
• Collaborate with strategy and performance teams to improve efficiency and measurable outcomes.
• Monitor performance data and optimize processes based on insights.
• Document automation systems and create clear internal guidelines.
• Stay updated on AI tools and automation technologies relevant to B2B marketing environments.
