About the Role

We are looking for motivated and talented individuals, especially recent graduates, with a passion for finance and crypto to join our operations team and help shape the future of cryptocurrency markets.

 This is an entry-level position that will expose you to the core of financial operations in a dynamic trading environment. You’ll have the chance to learn directly from experienced professionals, gain hands-on experience, and build a strong foundation for a career in fintech and crypto trading.

What You Will Do

• Monitor and control the company’s overall trading activities
• Produce, implement, and maintain operational reports, processes, and procedures
• Research both historical and real-time data to deliver key insights
• Analyze trading activity across multiple dimensions (volumes, P&L, capital efficiency, etc.)
• Recommend and implement improvements to company infrastructure and workflows
• Collaborate with the team to create a broader understanding through data

The Perfect Candidate

• Holds a B.A. in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or related analytical field (recent graduates welcome)
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Advanced Excel skills (SQL/BI knowledge – an advantage)
• Financial background or internship experience – a plus
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and efficient in managing time
• Quick-thinking, adaptable, and willing to dive into details when needed
• A true team player who can take on both big and small tasks in a startup environment
• Strong communication skills and fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Enthusiastic about crypto and trading
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed
• Experience in back/middle office in a trading or investment firm – an advantage
