Key Responsibilities:
- Design and architect technology solutions aligned with business requirements
- Lead cross-functional Salesforce initiatives across the organization
- Conduct solution workshops with clients, demonstrate creative thinking, and analyze business needs to deliver tailored system-based solutions
- Manage integrations, implement processes, resolve complex issues, and define technical solutions using a holistic, system-wide approach while adhering to best practices
- Lead requirement analysis, implementation, and deployment of Salesforce in cross-system technological projects such as Open Banking, mobile applications, digital underwriting, and system integrations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Solutions Architect with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce implementation, deployment, and requirements analysis
- Extensive knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including solution design, custom development, data modeling, and integrations
- Experience with Salesforce integrations, including REST and SOAP APIs
- Strong hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Familiarity with Salesforce Community Cloud and Marketing Cloud – advantage
- Salesforce Architect certifications – significant advantage
- Experience leading projects and implementing cross-organizational Salesforce processes
- Good level of English
