We are looking for a motivated and analytical Junior Analyst to join our research team

This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for recent graduates who are eager to begin a career in data analysis, market research, and business consulting — working with real market data from thousands of retail stores across Israel

Responsibilities:

• Process and analyze large-scale point-of-sale (POS) data from thousands of retail locations
• Generate insights and identify key trends in the Israeli consumer goods market
• Conduct market reviews based on real sales data and consumer behavior analysis
• Provide actionable marketing and commercial recommendations to support optimal brand management
• Work closely with company clients to define, execute, and present marketing and analytical studies
• Present insights and conclusions to decision-makers at leading FMCG companies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• High analytical ability, logical thinking, and creativity
• Strong capability to derive practical conclusions from quantitative data
• High level of independence, diligence, and task management skills in a dynamic environment
• Full proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
• No prior professional experience required
