Your Role

We are seeking a Senior Security Researcher to join our Security Research team within our Agentic AI Penetration Testing Platform group. This role sits at the intersection of offensive security expertise and product innovation.

As a core member of the team, you will embed real world offensive security knowledge, methodologies, and tradecraft directly into the platform’s architecture and capabilities. You will work closely with Product and Engineering to design, validate, and operationalize advanced attack techniques within an AI driven environment, ensuring the platform reflects modern adversarial behavior and cutting edge research.

This is a highly technical and strategic role with direct impact on product direction and competitive differentiation.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in offensive security, including penetration testing, red teaming, and vulnerability research.
• Strong understanding of common attack methodologies and exploitation techniques.
• Deep knowledge of security research practices, with the ability to perform thorough root cause analysis.
• Solid familiarity with modern web application tech stacks and architecture.
• Excellent technical writing skills, with experience producing clear, high-quality content such as blog posts or research papers.
• High level of English proficiency, with fluency in reading, writing, and speaking.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate real world offensive security methodologies, attack chains, and exploitation techniques into scalable product capabilities.
• Design and implement solutions for complex security research challenges within an AI driven, agent based architecture.
• Partner closely with Engineering and Product teams to define technical requirements and influence roadmap decisions.
• Conduct in depth security research to identify emerging attack techniques, tooling innovations, and automation opportunities.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance the platform’s offensive capabilities to ensure alignment with modern threat landscapes.
• Drive innovation initiatives that expand the platform’s technical depth, realism, and effectiveness.
• Contribute technical thought leadership through internal knowledge sharing and, when appropriate, external research publications.

Nice-to-have

• Published security research, participated in bug bounty programs, and/or registered CVEs.
• Strong coding experience, including scripting, automation, and development of security tools.
• Proven experience working with AI tools and effectively integrating them into daily automation workflows.
• Ability to understand and clearly communicate the business impact of security findings.
