This role is designed for a strategic leader who has operated at the intersection of capital, founders, and high-stakes decision-making; someone who understands how institutions are built, how ecosystems move, and how disciplined execution underpins generational companies.

We are orchestrating a sizable institutional fundraising round aligned with comparable recent financings of frontier AI labs. We are currently pre-institutional funding, making this a rare opportunity to join at true foundation stage, with ownership and long-term alignment structured around equity until the close of the institutional round.

** The Mandate **

We are seeking a Chief of Staff to the CEO to serve as the company’s strategic execution engine at a foundational moment.

This is a high-agency position for someone who understands the structural importance of frontier AI and can translate vision into disciplined operational execution. You will operate as the CEO's closest strategic partner, ensuring that capital formation, institutional build-out, ecosystem positioning, and internal execution evolve in synchronized precision.

** What You Will Drive **

Vision → Operational Architecture

• Translate long-term strategic ambition into structured execution frameworks.
• Design operating cadence, prioritization systems, and executive alignment processes.
• Establish governance rhythms appropriate for institutional capital.
• Identify bottlenecks early and remove them decisively.
• Ensure the company scales intentionally and institutionally from day zero.

Ecosystem & Strategic Positioning

• Leverage strong relationships within the Israeli tech ecosystem, including leading founders, strategic operators, and ecosystem builders.
• Operate credibly across investor, founder, and policy-level circles where frontier AI has national and strategic implications.
• Support high-level relationship management and strategic stakeholder engagement.
• Ensure the company's positioning reflects its long-term institutional ambition.

Fundraising Orchestration

• Partner directly with the CEO in preparing and executing the upcoming institutional round.
• Build and manage the fundraising pipeline with analytical rigor.
• Coordinate investor materials, diligence workflows, and internal readiness.
• Support capital strategy decisions through structured modeling and scenario planning.
• Maintain discipline, sequencing, and strategic coherence throughout the raise.
• Leverage prior experience orchestrating nine-figure (100M+ USD) fundraising rounds to structure and execute high-stakes capital raises.

** Ideal Profile **

Background

• Israeli (required).
• IDF Unit 8200 or similar (big plus)
• Deeply networked within the Israeli tech ecosystem, across leading founders, senior operators, and strategic stakeholders.
• Background in VC, investment banking, strategy consulting, equity research, or a senior strategic operating role (strong advantage).
• Direct exposure to institutional fundraising processes and capital strategy.

Operational & Execution Strength

• Proven ability to translate high-level strategy into structured execution plans.
• Experience designing operating cadence (OKRs, executive reporting, cross-functional alignment).
• Strong process architecture mindset, able to build structure without creating bureaucracy.
• Comfortable driving initiatives without clear ownership and bringing order to ambiguity.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical rigor (absolute must).
