We are seeking an experienced Technological Project Manager to join our Infrastructure & Cross-Organizational Projects Department.

This role involves leading cloud infrastructure initiatives, process automation projects, and supporting advanced technological systems that serve millions of users and enhance healthcare services. Key Responsibilities:

• Full accountability for achieving project objectives, including technological, professional, operational, financial, and budgetary goals
• Development of detailed work plans, timelines, and resource allocation plans
• Management of large-scale projects or multiple smaller projects simultaneously
• Guidance and supervision of additional project managers
• End-to-end project ownership from planning through execution and delivery

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience managing IT and technology projects - Must
• Strong and in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office tools - Must
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate and drive teams - Must
• Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and ability to work collaboratively - Must
• Experience working in large organizations - Must
• Hands-on experience with Monday - Must
• Familiarity with cloud environments, infrastructure technologies, and information security domains - Must
• Experience working with Clarity PPM - Must

Education Requirements (Must meet one of the following):

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Management (Information Systems specialization), or Information Systems Management
• or
• Bachelor’s degree in another field plus at least 300 hours of advanced coursework in Computerized Information Systems
• or
• Practical Engineer diploma in Computers/Technology
