Dynamics CRM Systems Analyst 5390

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Dynamics CRM Systems Analyst to join our Digital Technologies domain. If you are passionate about end-to-end system analysis and thrive in a large-scale financial environment, we want to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Analysis: Lead the system analysis process from initial requirement gathering to full implementation and user adoption.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to build trust and ensure high-level cooperation.
• Documentation & Specs: Maintain high-standard documentation for clients, development teams, and parallel departments.
• Project Leadership: Manage the functional side of projects, including writing detailed specifications, overseeing development/testing tasks, and managing bug tracking.
• Integrations: Collaborate with diverse IT interfaces within a large financial organization, focusing on complex end-to-end integrations.
• Execution & Maintenance: Ensure adherence to work plans and version releases, providing ongoing system maintenance and post-go-live support.

Professional Requirements:

• Dynamics CRM Analysis: 2-3 years of significant experience in Dynamics CRM system analysis and stakeholder management (Mandatory).
• Hands-on Implementation: At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Dynamics CRM implementation (Mandatory).
• Technical Writing: Proven experience in writing Web Services (WS) specifications (Mandatory).
• Languages: Fluent Hebrew and high-level English.
