Who Are We Looking For?
You're a performance-obsessed leader who lives at the intersection of data, operations, and creative. You've built systems that scale creative output, used data to terminate losers fast and double down on winners, and led teams that ship high volumes of performance creative at pace. Whether you come from a creative background or a growth/data background, what matters is that you can connect data to creative decisions and move fast, along with a passion for leveraging AI to improve the volume, velocity, diversity, and efficiency of the creative machine.
What you bring:
- 6+ years in performance marketing, growth operations, or creative strategy - with proven impact on creative-driven acquisition at scale
- Track record of building creative testing systems that increased output velocity and win rates
- Deep comfort with performance data - you can decompose a CPA change into creative vs. audience vs. platform factors
- Experience leading teams of 8+ people (internal and/or external), including creatives, editors, and production partners
- Strong familiarity with Meta, TikTok, and YouTube ad ecosystems and what makes creative work different across platforms
- Strong creative opinion - you can watch an ad and articulate exactly what's working, what's not, and what to test next. Not just from the data - from the craft.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast, collaborative environment
- A genuine passion for testing, automation, and creative innovation
Strong advantages:
- Hands-on creative production experience (video editing, motion design) that gives you craft empathy and credibility with your team
- Experience with creative analytics tools (Foreplay, Motion, VidMob, or similar)
- Passion for AI and automation in creative workflows - we're actively building this, not just talking about it
You Will:
- Build Creative Machines - design and implement systems, workflows, and automation to maximize creative output quantity, velocity, and diversity
- Master the Feedback Loop - analyze performance data and drive iterative creative improvements through structured testing
- Drive Performance - create the conditions for winning ads that fuel growth and enable aggressive spend scaling
- Lead & Inspire - manage and mentor an internal creative team of 5 and an external operation of 7 people
- Foster Innovation - cultivate a culture of experimentation, including AI-powered creative production
- Cross-team Collaboration - work closely with UA, product growth, data analytics, influencers, design, and copywriting
