We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented HRIS Specialist to take global ownership of our HR systems and core People processes.

This role will play a key part in maintaining data accuracy, driving performance cycles, supporting compensation processes, and ensuring a seamless employee lifecycle experience across multiple entities.

Responsibilities

• Own HiBob globally – system administration, workflows, permissions, automation and data integrity
• Lead salary survey processes and actively support the annual global performance cycle
• Prepare executive-level Excel reports & dashboards for leadership decision-making
• Manage onboarding processes and employee lifecycle administration
• Ensure data accuracy across entities and alignment with Finance
• Support global compliance, benefits administration, and HR process improvements
