Senior Radio Frequency Design Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior RF/mmWave Engineer to join our hardware development team and deliver innovative technology solutions in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary R&D environment at the forefront of radar sensing.

In this role, you will design the next-generation 80 GHz mmWave radar systems, including mmWave power delivery, waveguide-based solutions, and antenna design from concept through validation and production.

This is an exciting hybrid position based in our Rehovot office, offering the opportunity to work on advanced radar technologies with real-world safety impact.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Design RF, microwave, and mixed-signal circuits and subsystems using circuit-level and electromagnetic simulation tools.
• Conduct high-frequency experiments, measurements, and laboratory investigations to validate designs and explore new RF architectures.
• Design, simulate, and optimize high-power RF amplifiers (HPAs), including biasing, stability, linearity, efficiency, thermal management, and reliability
• Design, fabricate, and characterize RF hardware such as RF front ends, filters, antennas, feed networks, power amplifiers, and phased-array components.
• Develop electromagnetic simulation models for antennas, filters, power amplifiers, and PCB layouts to evaluate and optimize performance.
• Generate bills of materials (BOMs) and select components, equipment, and test configurations for development and validation.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years in rf/hardware design, including schematics, PCB layout, design validation, bring-up, and mechanical integration.
• Experience in electromagnetic and RF simulation using CST, HFSS, ADS and AWR.
• Experience in high frequency design (Die attachements,Waveguides and other).
• Experience in high-power RF amplifier applications.
• Hands-on experience with lab equipment (SA, VNA, logic analyzer, oscilloscope).
• Radar experience in mm-wave spectrum is a major advantage.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, enabling effective teamwork inmultidisciplinary engineering environments.
