🚀 Hardware Engineering Technical Lead | North Israel | Hybrid

A global medical technology company is looking for a Hardware Engineering Technical Lead to join its Cost Improvement technical operations team in the North of Israel.

This is a leadership role combining hands-on hardware expertise with cross-functional coordination in a regulated, multidisciplinary production environment.

🔧 Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical HW cost-improvement initiatives
  • Manage ECO processes and design changes for electronic boards
  • Support mass production and work closely with subcontractors
  • Review electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
  • Collaborate with R&D, System Engineering, Testing and Manufacturing teams
  • Plan resources, budgets and HW activities within the department

✅ Requirements:

  • B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering
  • 5+ years in R&D and mass production environments
  • Experience with multidisciplinary products
  • Experience in electronic board design changes (ECO)
  • Knowledge of PLM systems (Agile – advantage)
  • Familiarity with lab equipment (Oscilloscope, LCR, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of production processes

Advantage:

  • Analog/Digital hardware design background
  • Firmware / VHDL / MATLAB exposure
  • Experience in medical device industry
