We specialize in all cybersecurity roles — both technical and methodological — as well as R&D and GTM recruitment for startups developing complex technological products. Among the roles we recruit for are unique, senior-level, and “under-the-radar” positions.

About the Position

• Identifying, sourcing, and supporting candidates throughout the recruitment process until placement.
• Conducting proactive sourcing activities across social networks, including LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Conducting phone interviews and writing professional evaluations aligned with the candidate’s experience and the client’s requirements.
• Managing the candidate journey through to contract signing.
• Working with startups and high-tech companies — ongoing collaboration with recruiters and hiring managers, participation in Kick-off meetings, defining job profiles, and managing the recruitment process end-to-end.
• Working within a very small, high-quality team.
• Continuous professional development and exposure to complex technological roles.

Who You Are

The most important thing to us is your personality — but experience matters too.

We’re looking for someone who already has experience in technology recruitment and wants to grow within a high-level, boutique environment.

So if you are:

• Experienced in technology recruitment (mandatory).
• Curious and genuinely interested in the tech ecosystem.
• Sharp, analytical, and detail-oriented.
• Hardworking, quick to learn, organized, service-oriented, independent, highly efficient, strong at multitasking, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent in written and verbal communication (Hebrew & English).
• Mature and responsible, ready to take ownership and commit long-term.

Advantage:

• Experience recruiting cybersecurity roles.
• Experience recruiting R&D positions.

English — strong reading and speaking skills required.
