CoolAutomation, a global leader in Smart HVAC Management &Integration solutions, is looking for a highly skilled Marketing Operations Manager to join our growing team. If you are passionate about building scalable marketing engines, optimizing processes, and turning data into business impact - this role is for you.
About the Role
As our Marketing Operations Manager, you will own the entire marketing operational infrastructure, including HubSpot, Salesforce sync, reporting, workflows, data management, lead lifecycle, webinar operations, events, lead flows, and SEO/website tracking.
You will work closely with Content, MarCom, Sales, and Product teams to ensure smooth execution, accurate
data, and measurable marketing performance across all global activities.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role suited for someone who loves building processes, improving systems, and driving marketing excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
HubSpot Ownership
- Build, manage, and optimize all HubSpot automation flows and multi-step workflows.
- Develop and maintain lead lifecycle stages
- Build landing pages, emails, nurture flows, and forms.
- Implement A/B tests, UTMs, tracking rules, and conversion improvements.
- Ensure clean data, proper segmentation, and accurate reporting.
- Manage ongoing integration and sync with Salesforce.
Data, Analytics & Reporting
- Build advanced dashboards for funnel performance, attribution, events, SEO, and campaign ROI.
- Provide ongoing reports.
- Ensure every lead enters the correct automation and sales process.
- Own data hygiene: deduplication, enrichment, validation, segmentation.
- Manage import and processing of event/tradeshow leads.
- Build automated lead nurture
Webinars & Virtual Events
- Set up and operate Zoom-based webinars and virtual training sessions.
- Manage invitations, landing pages, registrations, reminders, and post-event nurture flows.
- Track performance and share insights with the team.
Campaign Performance
- Define tracking structure, KPIs, attribution logic, and reporting requirements for paid campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance across channels (Paid Search, Paid Social, ABM,
retargeting, etc.).
- Validate lead quality, conversion rates, CPL, and pipeline contribution.
- Ensure full alignment between media activity, HubSpot tracking, and Salesforce pipeline.
- Support campaign optimization decisions with data-driven analysis.
SEO & Website Operations
- Partner with SEO agency on technical SEO improvements, tracking, and analytics.
- Collaborate with the content manager to improve performance.
- Monitor website performance and conversion.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing HubSpot at a professional level.
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, including sync behavior and CRM structure.
- Proven experience with marketing analytics, dashboards, attribution models, and funnel metrics.
- Experience running webinars (Zoom or similar) end-to-end.
- Experience collaborating with SEO agencies.
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS marketing funnels and lead operations.
- Basic HTML/CSS for landing page editing -a plus.
- Advantage: experience Google Ads/LinkedIn Ads tracking, GA4.
Soft Skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and drive projects from start to finish.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Excellent communication and professional English (written & verbal).
