Fashion Operations Manager

Edikted is a premier global Gen-Z fashion brand, recognized as one of the fastest-growing E-commerce powerhouses today. Our business model relies on merging real-time data analytics with a rapid-response supply chain. We are looking for a high-caliber Fashion Operations Manager to lead our production life cycle, manage international teams, and ensure our operational engine scales with our explosive growth.

Core Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Direct management, mentoring, and professional development of the Project Management teams in Israel and the production teams in China.
• Vendor & Supply Chain Management: Oversee all relationships with company suppliers. Lead high-level negotiations regarding manufacturing costs, production capacity, and delivery terms to meet aggressive growth targets.
• Production Troubleshooting: Proactively identify and resolve manufacturing bottlenecks within the China-based factories. Develop and implement creative, immediate solutions to maintain supply chain continuity.
• Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate internal workflows to improve team efficiency, reduce lead times, and enhance overall operational output.
• Strategic Execution: Take full ownership of the production cycle from order to delivery, ensuring all moving parts align with the brand’s rapid release schedule.

Required Qualifications

• Industry Experience: Proven track record in Operations, Production, or Procurement within the Fashion or Retail sectors. Experience with high-volume E-commerce is a significant advantage.
• Leadership Experience: Demonstrated success in managing and leading teams, with the ability to drive performance across different geographic locations.
• Global Communication: Native-level or highly proficient English (written and verbal). This role requires daily communication with international partners and stakeholders.
• Technical & Soft Skills: Exceptional multitasking abilities with a systemic view of the business.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make critical decisions in real-time.
• Ability to work with high levels of autonomy in a fast-paced environment.
