We are looking for an Account Manager who lives and breathes advertising, who knows how to lead actions and manage processes with a high hand. If you have rare multi-tasking skills, excellent interpersonal relations and a love of the adrenaline of the advertising world - you belong with us.
The role includes ongoing management of strategic client portfolios, close work with internal and external interfaces, and responsibility for leading campaigns from the brief stage to going on air.
Main areas of responsibility:
Managing ongoing contact with the client: maintaining and nurturing the personal relationship, understanding the client's needs and providing a service-oriented and professional response on a daily basis.
Work process management (Traffic): Receiving briefs from the client, writing internal briefs, and full synchronization between the various departments of the office (creative, studio, media, social and strategy).
Quality control (QA): Ensuring that every product that leaves the office meets the highest standards and complies with Client requirements.
Budget and schedule management: meeting tight deadlines, monitoring the utilization of advertising budgets and handling price quotes.
Upsale: identifying new marketing opportunities for the client and proposing proactive steps.
Experience in managing and leading clients
Independently managing meetings
Managing and leading advertising strategy and moves
Working with external and internal parties
Managing and leading advertising budgets and providing a professional and effective response in the digital worlds from end to end
Working with the various departments in the advertising office
Monitoring processes, analyzing data, reporting to managers and reflecting the status of tasks
