Publisher Relations Manager

About the Role We are a fast-growing global media company operating in the AdTech space, partnering with leading publishers worldwide to drive revenue growth through advanced technology, data, and strategic monetization solutions. We are looking for an experienced Publisher Relations Manager to own and grow publisher partnerships while driving performance and monetization strategy. This is a hands-on, high-impact role combining relationship management, revenue optimization, and deep expertise in Google Ad Manager and programmatic monetization. Key Responsibilities 📈 Publisher Growth & Relationship Management Own and manage strategic relationships with publishers Conduct regular business reviews and performance discussions Identify monetization opportunities and growth strategies Lead onboarding of new publisher partners ⚙️ Monetization & Optimization Work hands-on with Google Ad Manager (GAM) — setup, yield optimization, troubleshooting, and reporting Monitor performance metrics (CPM, fill rate, revenue, demand mix) Identify optimization opportunities across programmatic channels Implement pricing strategies, floor management, and demand integrations 📊 Data & Performance Analysis Analyze monetization data and generate actionable insights Build performance reports and forecasts Improve revenue performance through data-driven decisions 🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Sales, AdOps, Tech, and Product teams Ensure smooth campaign execution and monetization flow Act as a subject matter expert on publisher monetization

Requirements

Requirements 3+ years of experience in AdTech / programmatic / publisher management Strong hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager (GAM) Deep understanding of programmatic advertising and monetization dynamics Proven experience managing publisher relationships and revenue growth Strong analytical skills with excellent Excel proficiency Experience working with performance metrics and yield optimization Fluent English (written and verbal) Highly organized, proactive, and commercially driven What We’re Looking For A revenue-oriented publisher expert Strong communicator who can build trust with partners Someone who combines analytical thinking with business strategy Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
