Job Description:

A communications company is looking for a DBA to join our CRM team – someone who loves the DBA field in depth, loves technology, loves working in a team, and at the same time, is never done.

The role includes full responsibility for managing, supporting, maintaining, planning and improving the performance of the CRM DB. Someone end-to-end includes developing PLSQL logic, improving performance, controlling, infrastructure and Best Practices.

Areas of responsibility:

Responsibility for the DB includes end-to-end understanding and managing the infrastructure of the tenancies and existing processes to developing PLSQL logic in the CRM system.

Support and supervision of analytical products of the tenancies, while controlling and monitoring the content structure.

Writing logic for interfaces to high standards including performing Code Reviews.

Collaborating with infrastructure and technology teams together with joint team members and participating in professional meetings.

Work Closely linked to the development team, infrastructure, infrastructure, analysis and even QA teams.

Performing RCA – Root Cause Analysis for complex problems.

Experience with ORACLE version 10 and above – required.

Experience and in-depth knowledge of at least 4 years in PL/SQL development – required.

Experience working with a CRM system – a significant advantage.

Experience with GoldenGate – a significant advantage.

Degree in Computer Science or similar degree – an advantage.
