Production Engineer – Cyber Infrastructure

We are looking for an experienced Production Engineer to join our leading technology team in the field of cyber defense and security solutions.

In this challenging and impactful role, you will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining critical production systems while driving continuous improvement and optimization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and operate production systems in Web-based environments
• Hands-on administration of IIS and Windows/Linux servers
• Troubleshoot complex real-time production issues in mission-critical environments
• Operate and maintain database-driven systems (SQL / Oracle)
• Manage infrastructure security components such as Reverse Proxy, SSL certificates, and encryption
• Work with public cloud environments and DevOps tools (AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, EKS/EKS-A)
• Collaborate closely with Development, Infrastructure, and DevOps teams
• Interface directly with both technical and business stakeholders

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience in Production / Operations roles within Web environments
• Strong hands-on experience with IIS and Windows/Linux operating systems
• Practical experience working with databases (SQL / Oracle)
• Solid experience with infrastructure security components: Reverse Proxy, SSL, encryption
• At least 1 year of experience with public cloud (AWS) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker)

Advantage

• Experience with F5-APM and Transmit
• Scripting skills (PowerShell / Bash / Python)
• Familiarity with authentication protocols (LDAP, Azure AD, OAuth2, SAML, JWT)
• Experience building dashboards and working with monitoring tools (Grafana, Kibana, Datadog)
• Strong understanding of networking and internet infrastructure (TCP/IP, DNS, Load Balancers, Firewalls)
