You will own the entire digital presence of the company.

• Own and execute the global digital & social strategy (LinkedIn, X, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, communities, emerging platforms)
• Build bold campaigns that make people stop scrolling
• Scale founder-led content (CEO personal brand amplification)
• Launch viral experiments and growth loops
• Manage content production pipelines with designers, video editors, and creators
• Turn product features into compelling narratives
• Drive measurable growth in reach, engagement, traffic, and pipeline
• Lead social analytics, attribution, and performance optimization
• Partner with growth, sales, and product teams to align messaging
• Identify new digital opportunities before competitors do

• 5+ years in digital / social / content leadership (B2B SaaS strongly preferred)
• Proven ability to grow audiences and generate real business impact
• Strong creative instincts + analytical mindset
• Comfortable moving fast with imperfect information
• Experience managing creators or content teams
• Deep understanding of algorithms, distribution, and attention economics
• High ownership mentality — you don’t wait for permission
• You are bold. You experiment. You break patterns.
