System Analyst

Mertens – MalamTeam is hiring a Systems Analyst for a Government Ministry

We are looking for an experienced Systems Analyst to join a governmental organization and lead detailed system analysis processes in a structured and professional environment.

Role Overview

As a Systems Analyst, you will work closely with business stakeholders and development teams to define, document, and deliver high-quality system requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and define development requirements with business clients

• Write detailed functional and technical specifications

• Define data structures and prepare specifications ready for development

• Work closely with the Development Team Lead

• Support version planning and release management processes

• Collaborate with Agile development teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Systems Analysis

• At least 3 years of experience analyzing WEB-based systems

• At least 2 years of experience working with development teams in an Agile model

• At least 3 years of experience writing SQL queries

• Systems Analysis course (200+ hours) from a recognized institution
