Job Summary
AllCloud is looking for the next star in the Salesforce ecosystem! We are seeking talented, highly motivated individuals passionate about technology and driven to learn from industry-leading experts.
In this role, you will be responsible for understanding our customers’ business requirements, translating them into technical solutions, and implementing the Salesforce platform to drive their success. You will perform business analysis for various departments—including Sales, Customer Service, and Operations—while receiving close mentorship from our senior team.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn & Master: Deepen your knowledge of the Salesforce platform and stay up to date with the latest technology releases.
- Business Analysis: Assist in analyzing customer business requirements and defining future needs based on Salesforce best practices.
- Configuration (Hands-on): Configure the Salesforce application (declarative/no-code) based on customer requirements and implement business functionality.
- Project Delivery: Support implementation activities, meet project timelines, and ensure high-quality delivery using appropriate Salesforce tools.
- Quality Assurance (QA): Perform functional testing and QA for customer projects before deployment.
- Interface Management: Work effectively with internal team members and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Technological Orientation: Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly self-learn complex software systems.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to deconstruct business processes into logical steps and technical requirements.
- Communication & Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, high service orientation, and a team-player attitude.
- Organization: Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage tasks and documentation effectively.
- English and Hebrew: High proficiency in oral and written communication.
Advantages
- B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or Computer Science.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) – A significant advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM concepts or prior experience with other information systems.
- Experience in customer-facing roles (from any industry).
