We’re looking for a Data Leader to drive and lead the organization’s Data domain end-to-end.

This role includes building and scaling a new AI-enabled Data platform, owning advanced Data & BI architecture, leading strategic initiatives, and working closely with senior leadership.

What Will Your Day Look Like?

▪️ Lead the design and implementation of a new enterprise Data Warehouse and Data platform

▪️ Own architecture, methodology, and implementation of Snowflake and Tableau

▪️ Manage and professionally lead team members, including mentoring and development

▪️ Establish and drive Data standards and methodologies across the organization

▪️ Work cross-functionally with senior leadership, IT, and business units

▪️ Manage vendors and external partners

▪️ Lead the AI domain within Data, including implementation of advanced AI infrastructures

What Are We Looking For?

✔️ Strong experience with Snowflake and Tableau, including architecture and BI knowledge

✔️ Experience building or upgrading Data Warehouses and enterprise Data platforms

✔️ Proven experience managing and leading teams

✔️ Deep understanding of Data Engineering, BI, and Analytics

✔️ Experience or strong knowledge of AI infrastructures within Data environments – advantage

✔️ Ability to lead, influence, and work effectively with senior executives

✔️ Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution and strong stakeholder management
