Full Stack Software Developer – Enterprise Systems

About the Role

We at Amarel, are looking for an experienced and talented Full Stack Developer to join our Information Systems development team. This role combines hands-on development of complex end-to-end systems with methodological responsibility, leading development processes, and mentoring fellow developers.

Responsibilities:

As part of the team, you'll design and implement complex features across the full stack using React on the frontend and NestJS on the backend. You'll set code quality standards, conduct code reviews, and drive best practices across the team. You'll also take part in architectural decisions — selecting databases, designing APIs, and building integrations within our enterprise information systems. Beyond the code, you'll mentor and guide developers on the team, help solve technical challenges, and work closely with Product Managers to translate business requirements into technical specs throughout the full SDLC.

What We're Looking For?

5+ years of Full Stack development experience is a must. On the backend, you'll need deep experience with NestJS or strong Node.js background. On the frontend, solid expertise in React.

We work primarily in TypeScript, so excellent command of the language is expected.

Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL) and/or NoSQL is required, along with a proven track record of leading and mentoring developers.

Experience with enterprise or internal information systems is a plus, as is familiarity with DevOps tooling (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD), AWS, and microservices / distributed architecture.
