Marketing Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Operations Manager to join our team in Herzliya. We provide a cloud-based, AI-powered data platform.

In this role, you will be the architect of our lead pipeline, leveraging your HubSpot expertise to fuel engagement and brand awareness for our cybersecurity and data management solutions.

The Role

You will be responsible for building sophisticated email marketing strategies, complex nurturing workflows, and advanced lead scoring systems. Your goal is to ensure our marketing processes are transparent, optimized, and provide high-impact support for our global sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Automation Strategy: Develop and implement detailed strategies to increase qualified leads through effective scoring and intent tracking.
• Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Drive targeted ABM strategies, focusing on email marketing, account list development, and precise measurement of results.
• Web Management: Oversee the company website, managing developers and designers to ensure continuous optimization for engagement and visibility.
• Advanced Analytics: Create and manage analytics capabilities to monitor campaign performance, online engagement, and brand awareness.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with our Business Development (BRD) and global sales teams to align on campaign goals, reporting, and lead handoff.
• Digital Security: Collaborate with internal security teams to ensure all digital assets and content remain secure.
  
  

• Technical Expertise: 4+ years of hands-on, expert-level experience with HubSpot, WordPress, and Google Analytics (Required).
• Communication: Excellent written and spoken English; native English proficiency is a significant advantage.
• Experience: A proven track record in scaling startups. Experience within the cybersecurity industry is a plus.
