About The Role

We are looking for a Bookkeeper to join our team and take full ownership of day-to-day financial operations in a fast-growing, multi-entity startup environment.

This role is critical to keeping our financial engine accurate, compliant, and running smoothly as we scale. You will work closely with finance leadership, operations, and multiple stakeholders across the company.

Requirements:

What You’ll Do

• Manage the full AP cycle, including approval workflows, vendor payments, and maintaining strong vendor relationships
• Support inventory and production accounting processes, including stock tracking, cost allocation, and inventory reconciliations.
• Review, approve, follow up and record employee expense reports according to company policy
• Prepare monthly reconciliations of bank accounts and credit card activities
• Handle the end-to-end revenue process, including issuance of customer invoices, revenue recognition support, AR follow-up, and collections.
• Assist with month-end closing processes, including reconciliations, provisions, consolidation, and intercompany charges
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial procedures
• Prepare and submit VAT reports and tax filings in accordance with Israeli regulations
• Work in a multi-currency, multi-entity international environment
• Collaborate closely with finance, operations, and cross-functional stakeholders
  
  

• Certified Bookkeeper (Level 1–2)
• At least 6 years of proven bookkeeping experience in a high-tech/startup environment
• Experience working with multiple entities and multi-currency environments
• Hands-on experience with Priority ERP
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and advanced Excel skills
• Strong verbal and written English
• Solid understanding of Israeli Tax Law and VAT reporting guidelines
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
