Join a leading international organization operating in the financial sector and work in a cutting-edge, innovative environment alongside teams in Israel and abroad.
Role Overview
As part of a global IT support team, you will provide high-level technical assistance to end users, including senior stakeholders, in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide Tier 1–2 technical support to users locally and internationally
• Support senior executives and global teams with high service standards
• Maintain and troubleshoot PCs, printers, and user environments
• Install and configure Windows and Microsoft Office environments
• Manage and support Active Directory user accounts
• Work with advanced enterprise systems and collaboration tools
• Operate within a VDI environment
Requirements
• 2+ years of technical support experience in large organizations
• Hands-on experience maintaining PCs, print servers, AD, Windows installations, and Office
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft environments (Windows OS, Office, etc.)
• Experience with: Citrix, Mainframe emulators, AD, SCCM, ServiceNow, Zoom, Teams, Jabber
• Experience working directly with users and international teams
• Experience working in VDI environments
