GenAI Developer

A leading technology organization is seeking an experienced GenAI Developer to lead the development and implementation of advanced AI solutions in a Production environment.

The role involves designing and building end-to-end LLM-based systems – from RAG architecture and agent orchestration to complex workflow design and full integration with existing business systems in the cloud.

This is a fully remote position (100% Remote).

Minimum requirements (must-have):

• B.Sc. in Computer Science (or equivalent practical experience in software/ML engineering).
• 4+ years of professional experience, including:
• 2+ years in GenAI building agentic/workflow orchestration solutions (strong preference for LangChain/LangGraph or equivalent frameworks).
• 2+ years backend development in Python, including building APIs/services and integrating with data systems.
• Hands-on integration experience with databases/search systems, ideally PostgreSQL and ElasticSearch.
• Proven production experience delivering RAG systems, including ingestion, indexing, retrieval, and integration into real business workflows.
• Proven experience building evaluation methods for agentic workflows (automated tests, metrics, quality monitoring)
• Cloud experience, preferably Microsoft Azure
• Strong stakeholder-facing experience: ability to work directly with customers/stakeholders (requirements discovery, iterative feedback loops, demos), not only executing tasks handed down without direct client interaction.

Advantages:

• M.Sc. (or higher) in Data Science / ML / Computer Science.
• Experience with graph databases, especially Neo4j, and graph-based retrieval / knowledge graph integrations.
• Deep knowledge of RAG best practices (hybrid retrieval, reranking, grounding, structured outputs, guardrails).
• Experience with enterprise-scale observability/monitoring for GenAI systems (tracing, eval pipelines, failure analysis)
• Strong MLOps/DevOps experience (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, testing strategy, performance optimization).
• Experience with Azure ecosystem services commonly used in GenAI solutions (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Blob Storage, Key Vault)
