Role Description

Opportunity to join Compie's recruitment team and manage complex technological recruitment processes at high scales.

The role includes full responsibility for the recruitment life cycle: from job characterization with hiring managers, conducting targeted sourcing to locate candidates, conducting in-depth telephone interviews and supporting candidates until full onboarding.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in high-level recruitment / sales / telephone customer service - required.
• Bachelor's degree in (Human Resources / Social Sciences / Behavioral Sciences / Psychology) - required
• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic and multi-tasking environment.
• Technological orientation, desire to learn and ability to think outside the box.
• High level English - a significant advantage.
