Network Engineer

Role Overview

As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, operating, and maintaining secure and high-performing network infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Firewalls, including implementation of security policies and VPN connections for clients and internal users

• Operate and maintain routers and switches (Layer 2/3)

• Administer and optimize Load Balancers (F5 / Alteon) to improve network performance

• Manage communication and security solutions in a GCP cloud environment

• Conduct periodic system reviews and implement technological upgrades to maintain optimal security levels

• Design and implement secure enterprise network infrastructures

✅ Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Network Engineer – mandatory

• Hands-on Layer 2/3 experience with Cisco routers and switches – mandatory

• Proven experience operating and maintaining F5 / Alteon Load Balancers – mandatory

• Experience managing Firewalls (Check Point, Palo Alto, FortiGate) – mandatory

• Strong knowledge of networking protocols: BGP, EIGRP, TCP/IP, HTTP, HTTPS, UDP, GRE, IPSEC

• Experience designing and implementing secure networks in large organizations

• Experience working with remote connectivity solutions (IPSEC / IPVPN / METRO)
