What You’ll Do:
- Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of Application Engineers and Implementers
- Own the professional standards and quality of deliverables across Agile Squads
- Establish and drive knowledge-sharing routines and professional communities
- Develop and empower team members through coaching, feedback, and growth plans
- Lead hiring initiatives and capability expansion
- Contribute to and drive forward technological and business initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience leading a technology team
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce implementation, development, and platform management
- Practical expertise with Flow, Apex, LWC, and related platform tools
- Experience leading Integration and Data Pipeline initiatives.
