Digital Project Manager

Mertens – MalamTeam is hiring a Digital Project Manager for a leading financial organization

We are looking for an experienced Digital Project Manager to lead end-to-end technology initiatives within a complex financial environment.

Role Overview

As a Digital Project Manager, you will manage full lifecycle (E2E) technology projects — from initiation to go-live ensuring alignment with business goals and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage digital and technology projects from initiation through production rollout

• Build and execute project plans, including MVP breakdowns

• Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships

• Lead status meetings and steering committees

• Prepare executive-level presentations and management status reports

• Identify and manage project risks

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience managing IT projects (experience in financial/banking organizations – advantage)

• Experience working closely with business stakeholders, not only technology teams

• Proven experience managing matrix teams across infrastructure, security, analysts, developers, QA, etc.

• Hands-on experience in risk management, steering committees, budget & timeline management

• Strong working knowledge of Jira, MS Project, PowerPoint, and Excel

• Strong understanding of information systems and business processes
