Full Stack Team Leader

We are looking for an experienced Full-stack Team Leader to lead a high-performing engineering squad within our core platform group. This role combines hands-on technical leadership, architectural ownership, and responsibility for the team’s professional growth and delivery of complex cross-stack features.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of full-stack engineers.
• Own end-to-end delivery of complex features across frontend and backend services.
• Drive architectural decisions, ensuring scalability and long-term platform alignment.
• Maintain high standards for code quality, testing, and monitoring.
• Act as the escalation point for complex production issues.
• Partner with Product, QA, and Engineering stakeholders to align priorities and execution.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of experience as a Team Lead (or Lead Engineer managing team output and growth).
• 5+ years of experience as a Full-stack Developer.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Node.js and relational / NoSQL databases.
• Proven experience designing scalable services in distributed systems.
• Solid understanding of web fundamentals, DOM, and modern frontend architecture.
• Experience with CI/CD workflows and cloud environments.
• Strong understanding of performance, secure coding practices, and production debugging.

Nice to Have

• Experience with GCP infrastructure.
• Architectural experience with MongoDB.
• Experience with Python or LLM frameworks.
• Strong advocacy for Web Accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design.
