🕘 Full-time position | Sunday–Thursday | 8:00–17:00 / 9:00–18:00

🖥️ Role responsibilities:
• System and application support for organization users
• User and permissions management in Active Directory and Microsoft 365
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Setup and configuration of end-user workstations
• Support for meeting rooms (Zoom) and telephony systems
✅ Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Help Desk – mandatory
